Vendora vending machines and this payment service are operated by PT Lux Vendora Retail (“Vendora”, “we”, “our”, “us”), registered in Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali. By starting a payment for an item from one of our machines, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.

Each machine shows the items it stocks and their prices in Indonesian Rupiah, inclusive of any applicable tax. Availability, selection, and prices vary by machine and venue and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown for the item at the machine and confirmed on the checkout screen before you pay.

To buy, select your item at the machine and scan the QR code that appears. Your order opens on pay.luxvendora.com, where you pay by card or digital wallet through our payment processor, Midtrans. Completing payment authorises the machine to dispense your item. You may enter an email at checkout if you would like a receipt; this is optional.

As soon as your payment clears, the machine dispenses your item automatically. Our machines report the outcome of every vend back to us, including a status or error code that records whether the item was successfully dispensed. This means we can verify, for any order, whether you actually received your item.

If a machine takes your payment but fails to dispense your item (a “mis-vend”), its error code tells us, and we refund you automatically to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed and returned to your card or wallet within 7 to 14 days, depending on your bank. You do not normally need to do anything.

If an automatic refund has not reached you, email hello@luxvendora.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST and include:

• the venue where the machine is located;
• the date and time of your purchase;
• the item and amount, and your order reference or receipt if you have one.

We will check your purchase against the machine’s dispense records and promptly refund any confirmed mis-vend.

Because items are consumable goods sold from an unmanned machine, an item that has been successfully dispensed cannot be returned or exchanged. Our refund commitment in section 05 covers the case that matters: where you paid but the machine did not dispense your item. If a dispensed item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right where we reasonably can.

Some machines or venues may stock age-restricted products. Where they do, by purchasing you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age for that product and that it is for your own use. Do not buy age-restricted items on behalf of anyone underage.

We work to keep prices and stock information accurate, but errors can happen. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or is unavailable after payment, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

Please use the machines as intended. Tampering with, forcing, or damaging a machine, or attempting to obtain items without paying, is not permitted and may be reported to the venue or authorities.

We provide the machines and this checkout with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published here when you pay. We will revise the effective date above when we make changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
